One of the greatest benefits of a personal chef is that you can eat the foods you enjoy. The following menu items are merely examples of dishes available. If you have a favorite family recipe, I would be happy to cook it for you. If you have a list of favorite dishes, let me know. The important thing is that you eat what you enjoy. Entrées will be served with appropriate side dishes.
Latin-Style Pork Chops
Taste the Caribbean. Tender sautéed Pork Loin chops served with a fragrant, mildly spicy cumin and garlic infused sauce.
Fancy Yankee Beef Pot Roast
An all-time favorite. Tender chuck-eye roast braised in hearty red wine and thyme served with braised medley of root vegetables & Crusty French Bread
Beef Bourguignon (Beef Burgandy)
A classic French dish made with braised beef cubes in red wine, beef broth and aromatic spices. Finished with mushrooms, pearl onions and tomato. Served with buttered ribbon noodles.
Beef Stroganoff
Thin slices of beef browned and tossed with julienne onions, mustard and fresh thyme. Finished with sour cream.
Pan Seared Steaks with Mustard and Sherry Sauce
6oz Steaks seared to perfection. Served with a decadent mustard and sherry sauce.
Murgh Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)
A Delicious Alternative favorite! Chicken thigh fillets simmered in an aromatic garam masala, sweet paprika, ground coriander, fresh ginger, tomato and yoghurt sauce.
Chicken Marsala
Chicken breast fillets seared in butter and garlic. Topped with a Marsala and cream sauce.
Chicken Cordon Blue
Chicken breast stuffed with smoked ham and Swiss cheese, crusted in a savory herb breading.
Mediterranean Chicken
Chicken thigh cutlets baked in the oven with an olive, caper, tomato and oregano infused broth. Topped with slices of crisp prosciutto.
Thai Fish Cakes
Chef recommended! Delicious sautéed Tilapia and Shrimp fish cakes with Thai sweet Chili sauce. Served with steamed Jasmine Rice & Soy Glazed Green Beans.
Braised Cod Provencal
Cod fillets braised in white wine, onion, fennel, garlic and tomatoes. Topped with a parsley sauce.
Pan-Seared Haddock with Warm Roasted Pepper and Basil Relish
Haddock fillets pan-seared to perfection. Accompanied by a roasted red pepper and fresh basil relish.
Soups
